    Who may pay us when you use our links

    We make our money from dispatch fees. We also have three partner relationships, listed below, where we may be paid if you use our link or form. Here they are in plain words, so you can weigh what we say about them.

    The three partners

    RTS Financial (freight factoring)

    We refer carriers who ask for a factoring quote to RTS Financial. When you send our factoring quote form, we pass your request to them, and we may be paid for referrals. It doesn't change the rate RTS Financial offers you. You are never required to factor with them to use our dispatch service, and we work with whatever factoring company you already use.

    Vertical Identity (DOT drug and alcohol testing consortium)

    Some pages for carriers who drive under their own authority with a CDL link to Vertical Identity, a testing consortium. We may earn a referral fee if you sign up through that link. DOT drug and alcohol testing applies to CDL drivers, so we only show this link where it fits, and never to non-CDL operators.

    TruckClub (breakdown protection)

    Some pages link to TruckClub, which sells breakdown and repair protection plans. We may earn a referral fee if you sign up through our link. TruckClub is not insurance and doesn't replace the liability, cargo or physical damage coverage your authority and your brokers require.

    How partner links look

    • They are marked as partner offers, with a one-line note next to the first link on the page saying we may be paid.
    • Links to Vertical Identity and TruckClub go through a short redirect on our site (an address starting with /go/) and carry a sponsored tag for search engines.
    • Partner prices, plan limits and rates are quoted only from the partner's own public pages, with the date we checked them.

    Everyone else

    Our guides name load boards, brokers, software vendors, freight agent programs, warehouses, testing labs and government agencies. None of them pays us, and we have no deal with any of them unless it is listed on this page. Naming a company is not an endorsement, and they don't review what we write. RescueLoad is a private dispatch service for carriers. We are not a shipper, freight carrier, broker, warehouse or tariff publisher, and we are not affiliated with NMFTA or any company named in our guides.

    No referral program

    We don't pay carriers or anyone else to send us customers.
